About Us
At Magno Medical Research Group, we believe that advancing medicine begins with caring for people. Our site was founded with a clear purpose: to bridge the gap between patients who need access to innovative treatments and the Sponsors and CROs developing tomorrow’s therapies.
We are more than just a clinical research facility—we are a dedicated team of physicians, nurses, and research professionals who share a passion for discovery, compassion for our patients, and commitment to the highest standards of care and compliance.

What We Do
Magno Medical Research Group specializes in conducting Phase II–IV trials across multiple therapeutic areas, including neurology, psychiatry, internal medicine, and metabolic diseases. Our modern facility includes exam rooms, a secure investigational pharmacy, and on-site laboratory capabilities, while our partnerships with external providers give us access to advanced imaging, infusion services, and specialty procedures.
Our Promise
For patients, we provide access to cutting-edge research, study-related care at no cost, and a supportive team that guides them every step of the way. For Sponsors and CROs, we deliver efficient study start-up, reliable data, and a strong track record of quality and compliance.
At Magno Medical Research Group, we are building more than studies—we are building trust, hope, and a healthier tomorrow.
Our Commitment to Participants
Joining a clinical trial can feel overwhelming, which is why we prioritize clarity, compassion, and care. All study-related visits, procedures, and assessments are provided at no cost, and many trials offer compensation for time and travel. Participants are always fully informed, supported by bilingual staff (English and Spanish), and treated with the highest standards of privacy and respect.
