Know our Facility
Laboratory
Our laboratory supports full on-site specimen collection, processing, and preparation for shipment. It is equipped with calibrated centrifuges, refrigerators, and freezers, as well as secure sample storage. Our staff are trained in IATA shipping regulations and sponsor-specific laboratory manuals, ensuring proper chain of custody and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Exam Rooms
Our dedicated exam rooms provide a private, professional environment for participant visits and study procedures. Each room is equipped for physical exams, vitals, ECGs, and other protocol-specific assessments. The layout ensures participant comfort while maintaining confidentiality, infection control standards, and workflow efficiency for staff.
Pharmacy
Our on-site pharmacy is designed for secure and compliant investigational product (IP) management. The area features temperature-controlled storage with continuous monitoring, backup systems, and restricted access to authorized staff only. All IP handling follows ICH-GCP and sponsor protocols, ensuring accurate receipt, dispensing, accountability, and documentation.
Off-Site Capabilities
Imaging Services
Access to advanced imaging centers offering MRI, MRE, CT, PET, DEXA, X-ray, and ultrasound. These centers are properly certified, ensuring high-quality data and timely reporting.
Specialized Providers
Licensed specialty providers to support protocol-specific procedures such as ophthalmology exams, biopsies, and gastroenterology evaluations. These services are performed in accredited outpatient facilities or specialty clinic
Community Engagement
We maintain partnerships with community clinics, advocacy groups, and referring physicians, allowing us to recruit diverse and representative populations. This strengthens enrollment timelines and improves trial generalizability.
